Description
ABM is hiring a Floor Maintenance Technician to maintain carpet and hard-surface floors and perform general building cleaning and upkeep. The role works Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and pays $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning and dusting, moving furniture and equipment, using chemical cleaners and power equipment safely, performing seasonal outdoor tasks, and servicing restrooms. No prior experience is required because on-the-job training is provided, although customer service experience and one year of similar work experience are preferred.
