Description
ABM is hiring a full-time Floor Maintenance Technician to clean and maintain carpet and hard-surface floors, buildings, furniture, restrooms, and other facility areas. The role follows chemical and power-equipment procedures, completes seasonal and food-area cleaning tasks, and reports minor or major repairs. It runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, pays $14.00 per hour, and provides on-the-job training; no prior experience or high school diploma is required, while customer service experience and one year of similar work experience are preferred.
