Crothall is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role maintains and restores hard-surface and carpeted floors, operates industrial floor-care equipment, and performs cleaning, buffing, shampooing, extractions, and other maintenance tasks. The position works a third shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with possible day variation and weekend and holiday availability. Floor-care and janitorial experience is preferred, while knowledge of floor-care equipment and safety procedures is required. The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour, and full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
