Description
ABM is hiring a Floor Maintenance Technician to clean, maintain, and repair carpet and hard-surface floors in buildings and facilities. The role includes using chemical cleaners and power equipment safely, cleaning furniture and equipment, moving items, cleaning glass and restrooms, handling trash, and performing seasonal outdoor tasks. No prior experience is required because on-the-job training is provided, although customer service experience and one year of similar work experience are preferred.
