DRW is hiring a Floor Trader to participate in a training program and split time between the Cboe trading floor and DRW’s trading desk. The role involves analyzing order flow and broker behavior, developing trading analysis and risk-management tools, monitoring market activity, researching opportunities, and gradually taking ownership of trading decisions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027, strong communication and decision-making skills, and an interest in financial markets; prior trading experience is helpful but not required, while Python proficiency is a plus. The position offers an annual base salary of $200,000, a discretionary bonus, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life, and other benefits.
