The Floorplan Account Representative manages financial transactions and inventory tracking for ACV Auctions, including floorplan and ACH payments, Dealer Management System operations, payment and credit-line issues, legal documentation review, and compliance with federal and state requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, office, clerical, or automotive auction work, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to learn a Dealer Management System such as DataScan.
