Description
Ocean Conservancy is hiring a full-time Florida Conservation Program Manager to expand partnerships with state and local government officials and conservation partners across Florida. The role leads grassroots marine debris, water quality, marine plastics, sea level rise, climate change, wildlife, and habitat initiatives; develops policy positions and grant applications; coordinates environmental NGO partners; and represents the organization in public testimony, events, and outreach. The position is hybrid, preferably based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with other Florida locations considered, and offers an expected starting salary of $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
