Description

KSA Integration is hiring a full-time FLESP Lead Coach (Working Lead) to run the Florida Army National Guard J9 Employment Support Program for the North Central region. The role leads and trains five regional Employment Coaches, owns program data and recurring government reports, coordinates with government and partner organizations, and manages the program’s performance requirements. The position is based in the Tallahassee area, includes approved telework and regional travel, and had an anticipated start date of late September 2026.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Previous Experiences: Prior case management or employment services, personnel management, or human resources experience
Experience supervising or leading a distributed team
Experience producing recurring reports for a government customer on a fixed schedule
Preferred Qualifications: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or Social Science background
Prior lead or program coordinator experience in a National Guard, Reserve Component, or veteran employment program
Salesforce administration or report-building experience
Experience writing quality control, marketing, or social media plans for a government program
Senior NCO or officer background in the Florida National Guard
