The role involves creating individual bouquets, consulting with customers, selling products, caring for and presenting flowers and plants, stocking shelves, and handling cashier duties. Applicants need completed vocational training as a florist or gardener, very good German skills at least at B2 level, and flexible availability for weekends, public holidays, and early or late shifts.
