BLUME2000 is hiring a Florist in Kiel to create individual bouquet arrangements, advise customers, sell products, care for and present flowers and plants, restock and merchandise, and perform cashier duties. The role is available full-time or part-time starting immediately, with an hourly wage of €16, bonus payouts, vacation days, pension, training, discounts, and a subsidized Wellpass membership. Applicants need completed vocational training as a florist or gardener, very good German skills at least at B2, flexible availability for weekends, public holidays, and early or late shifts, and enjoyment of creative, hands-on work with flowers and plants.
