Description
Presentail is hiring a Florist for its Business Bay, Dubai location to design and prepare fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and gift baskets for walk-in customers, corporate accounts, and same-day delivery orders. The role also involves advising customers, maintaining flower stock and shop displays, processing deliveries, managing inventory, handling special-event orders, keeping the workstation and cold storage organized, and operating the POS system. Previous florist or flower-shop experience is preferred, along with strong design and customer-service skills, flexibility for weekends and holidays, the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
