The role involves caring for, designing, and selling flowers and potted plant décor; independently developing sales-promoting measures; managing goods procurement; checking incoming goods and storing them in the warehouse; and conducting customer consultations and sales conversations. Applicants should have completed florist training, creativity, enthusiasm for retail, team spirit, customer friendliness, and willingness to work flexible shifts from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
