Description
Bartlett is hiring a Bulk Flour Loader in Wilson Mills, North Carolina, to load tanker trailers with bulk flour. The role involves moving trailers, checking that they are sanitary and dry, hooking and unhooking hoses, operating scales, completing paperwork, sealing hatches and transfer points, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and assisting in the wash bay. The primary schedule is Monday through Friday on the second shift, usually 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with overtime as needed. Compensation is $19.50 per hour, up to $22 per hour with a Class A CDL and/or tractor-trailer experience. A high school diploma or GED, at least six months of tractor-trailer driving experience, reliable transportation, English-language communication ability, availability for overtime and holidays, and the ability to pass a criminal background check are required; a Class A CDL is preferred. The position is physically demanding and requires PPE, outdoor work in adverse weather, and the ability to lift more than 40 pounds.
