Regional Cancer Care Associates LLC is hiring a full-time Flow Cytometry Technologist in Little Silver, New Jersey to support its Hematopathology Laboratory. The role focuses on high-complexity leukemia and lymphoma immunophenotyping, including specimen preparation, antibody staining, instrument operation, data acquisition and analysis, quality control, maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with pathologists and laboratory staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a biological science or related field, at least 4 years of flow cytometry experience, proficiency with flow cytometry analysis and gating strategies, and familiarity with Beckman Coulter Navios EX, ClearLLab reagents, and Kaluza software.
