Hubbard Pipe & Supply Inc is hiring for its inaugural Flow Development Program, a 6-month rotational trainee program in the West Territory with training across branches in Charlotte, NC and nearby locations. The program exposes the associate to operations, logistics, sales, purchasing, marketing, and leadership development, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role and potentially leadership. It is aimed at recent graduates or candidates with a plumbing trade associate degree, offers mentorship, relocation assistance upon placement, and pays $22–$24 per hour.
