Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience with Agile frameworks.
3+ years’ experience in a dedicated delivery role.
Ability to understand and interpret flow metrics.
Knowledge of technical subjects such as architecture, SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
Experience with delivery management tools like JIRA, Miro, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Experience supporting live complex solutions and incident/problem management.
Knowledge of project management, particularly within a Program/Portfolio of change.
Preferred Qualifications: An experienced, technically-aware delivery leader passionate about continuous improvement and possessing a strong background in Lean/Flow principles.
Comfortable coaching technical teams, challenging stakeholders on delivery practices, and utilizing data to optimize execution and maximize value creation in a complex product environment.
