Alleima is hiring a Flow Manager in Palm Coast, Florida, to oversee department-level production flow, quality compliance, safety, staffing, and personnel development in an on-site medical device manufacturing environment. The role leads operators and Flow Leads, manages production KPIs and workflow bottlenecks, audits SOP compliance, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing experience, proven experience managing large frontline teams, strong communication and decision-making skills, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or logistics or equivalent professional experience; Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
