Description
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a permanent full-time Flow Room Controller in Daventry to monitor warehouse automation systems, control screens, alarms, plant equipment, and operational records; resolve issues; support automation teams; and help meet site KPIs. The role requires warehouse or supply chain operations experience, knowledge of JDA, Körber, or similar warehouse management systems and automation platforms, data analysis skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. The position follows a rotational shift pattern of five shifts from seven, with interviews provisionally scheduled during the week commencing 28 September 2026.
