This is an entry-level field position for a Flowback Operator I at One X in Midland, TX. The operator will support flowback and wellsite operations under the supervision of experienced team members, focusing on learning well operation fundamentals, site safety, and equipment handling.

Required Skills

flowback and production operations
supervise and coordinate multiple job sites
manifold, plug catcher, SKO, line heater, and separator systems
Well Control certification
H2S, First Aid, CPR, and additional site-specific safety training

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 3+ years of field experience in flowback and production operations.
Preferred Qualifications: technical training preferred.
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate multiple job sites.
Expertise in manifold, plug catcher, SKO, line heater, and separator systems.
Current Well Control certification preferred.
H2S, First Aid, CPR, and additional site-specific safety training preferred.
