Description
The Flower Technician performs plant maintenance activities such as defoliation, pruning, and skirting to maintain healthy cannabis plants for patients and consumers. The role requires meeting production goals, following SOPs, recognizing strains and growth patterns, working in a team, and complying with safety, GMP, biosecurity, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. The position involves physical work in a hot, humid environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and exposure to allergens. An associate's degree or certification is preferred, prior cannabis experience is not required, and applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid state ID, and obtain and maintain cannabis industry badging.
