Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a Hydraulic/Pneumatic Specialist Trainee to develop hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge, troubleshoot systems, and learn customer-facing technical consulting through virtual and in-person training, shadowing, and supervised customer visits. The role also supports the Fluid Power collaborative knowledge base and prepares the trainee for a Fluid Power Specialist position in an assigned territory. Applicants need a two-year technical degree or relevant experience, mechanical aptitude, communication skills, remote-work ability, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate for the subsequent specialist role.
