Description
UCB is hiring a Utilities Operator to support the continuous 24/7 availability and reliability of utility installations at its Braine-l’Alleud campus. The role involves monitoring steam, compressed air, water, vacuum, nitrogen, and HVAC systems; adjusting consumables; conducting surveillance rounds; shutting down and securing installations when necessary; documenting interventions; completing GMP/GLP records and deviation reports; and supporting external visitors. The position requires a technical diploma at A2 level or equivalent, preferably in electromechanical or mechanical engineering, knowledge of refrigeration and physics, GMP/GLP compliance, Office skills, and availability for off-hours and weekend rounds. The role is hybrid with 40% of the time spent in the office.
