Description
The Fluids Specialist Superintendent leads the development, standardization, and execution of fluid systems and drillout programs across oilfield operations. Serving as the senior technical authority, the role manages Aphron and freshwater drillout systems, fluid chemistry, hydraulics, hole cleaning, operational optimization, vendor relationships, cost and chemical efficiency, safety compliance, and performance reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 10 years of progressive oilfield fluids or completions experience, extensive Aphron and freshwater drillout expertise, and proven leadership of technical and operational teams.
