GR8_TECH is hiring a Founding Engineer to own and scale the frontend mobile architecture for its flagship iGaming products. The role focuses on high-throughput, low-latency Flutter applications, system architecture, performance optimization, security, incident response, CI/CD standardization, and technical leadership across engineering teams. Candidates need at least seven years of commercial software development experience, including three years with Flutter/Dart and native iOS or Android development, along with a proven record as a Founding Engineer architecting large-scale enterprise applications.
