Description
The role leads the group-wide FMC+ program for sustainable product cost optimization and supply security, from concept through measurable P&L impact. Responsibilities include setting strategic guardrails, establishing governance and reporting cadences, managing a portfolio of cost-reduction and risk-mitigation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional implementation, tracking value and KPIs, and negotiating supplier and capacity commitments. The position requires a technical degree, experience leading company-wide programs in industry or manufacturing, and proven P&L-relevant value realization in cost-out, production, and supply optimization programs. Hybrid work is offered, with temporary mobile work from another EU country possible.
