Techtronic Industries is hiring a Sales Trainee for field sales in the Austria territory. The 12–24-month program combines practical territory and customer-facing sales experience with national and international training. Responsibilities include maintaining customer and lead relationships, demonstrating Milwaukee products, providing technical support, organizing cross-departmental projects, monitoring competitors, and representing the company at trade events. Candidates need vocational or commercial training, MS Office proficiency, German at C2 level, ideally B1 English, a customer-oriented and structured approach, willingness to work 3–4 days per week in the field, and a valid Class B driver's license.
