Description
The Program Analyst will support the Security Assistance Management Directorate’s India Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team by developing Letters of Offer and Acceptance, managing Apache FMS cases, coordinating requirements and long-range plans, analyzing program financials, tracking equipment shipments, resolving shipping issues, attending Program Management Reviews, and coordinating training and quality assurance inspections. The role requires eight years of FMS or job-related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with a high school diploma and eleven years of relevant experience.
