Top Aces Corp. is hiring a Maintenance Training Instructor to deliver technical classroom and hands-on training to foreign military students on F-16 aircraft maintenance, safety, compliance, and technical directives. The role includes developing courseware, evaluating student performance, providing feedback, monitoring corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement of the training program. Candidates must have F-16 aviation experience, preferably in Egress, Avionics, or Crew Chief, and must be able to travel within the United States and internationally, obtain and maintain a security clearance, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
