Performance Software is hiring a remote FMS/Avionics Software Engineer for an immediate contract program. The role requires significant FMS/Avionics software experience, a bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, experience with integrated lab environments, knowledge of industry standards and DO-178, and strong communication and leadership skills. Compensation is $70-$99 per hour depending on experience, and candidates must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
