The role bridges business needs and technical delivery teams by gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into development-ready items, modeling processes, identifying risks, creating functional specifications, supporting client needs, and contributing to planning and coordination. The position requires at least four years of IT Business Analyst experience, prior experience in betting, gambling, or online gaming, Agile knowledge, stakeholder-management skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. It is based at Software Mind Romania & Moldova and offers flexible and remote cooperation options.
