Description
The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program Coordinator is a faculty member who provides academic and specialty leadership for Aurora University’s FNP program. The role combines graduate nursing teaching, curriculum leadership, program assessment, accreditation support, clinical education oversight, student advising, recruitment, and continuous quality improvement. It requires a doctoral nursing degree, current RN and APRN licensure, Family Nurse Practitioner certification, graduate nursing teaching experience, and knowledge of AACN Essentials and related standards. The position is expected to require approximately 40 hours per week, with flexible or hybrid work arrangements possible.
