The role supports budget delivery, safe working practices and HSEQ compliance, client meetings and operational work plans, team training and performance, activity-based KPIs, customer relationships, business development, and CID document and incident-report close-out. The position requires operational leadership, people management, customer service, safety, communication, planning, organisational, and performance-improvement skills, along with IOSH Managing Safely.
