Description
The Focus Controller Manager leads financial controlling and performance management in manufacturing operations, overseeing factory KPIs, cost analysis, month-end closing, plant P&L, inventory and capital expenditure reporting, and financial insights. The role also drives finance digitalization, process improvement, and the development of the finance team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial engineering, or a related field, at least five years of finance or controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of cost accounting, P&L, and financial reporting.
