Description
Premier Packaging Corporation is hiring a full-time Fold and Glue Setup Operator for the second shift in Rochester, New York. The role sets up, operates, adjusts, changes, troubleshoots, and maintains folder/gluer equipment used to produce folding cartons and other packaging. Responsibilities include meeting production and quality standards, reducing downtime and waste, following safety and ISO/cGMP procedures, and supporting continuous improvement and team training. The position requires mechanical aptitude, equipment troubleshooting, documentation interpretation, basic calculations, physical activity, and overtime availability; BOBST and folder/gluer experience are preferred.
