Description
PCA is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator/Assistant for a second-shift role from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The position assists with machine setup, monitors box quality, supports equipment operation, helps train helpers, completes production and safety reports, and may switch among operating, feeding, pulling, stacking, and packing duties. A high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and prior machine-operator or assistant experience are required; packaging and folding/gluing experience are preferred. The starting salary is $24.86 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
