Description
PCA is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator for a second-shift role running from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The position assists with machine setup, monitors box quality, stacks finished boxes, operates machinery, completes production and safety reports, supports maintenance and training, and works with crew members to meet production goals. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, machine-assistant or operator experience, and the ability to work overtime and in a manufacturing environment. The starting salary is $28.25 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
