Description
The Folding Operator will set up, run, and clear a folder at McCormick's Bindery, maintaining production rates and quality. Responsibilities include staging materials, following job instructions, obtaining first-piece approval, supervising helpers, performing quality checks, completing production logs, identifying non-conforming products, and applying customer-specific requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience with signature folding for binding and pharmaceutical insert folding, and the ability to work overtime; experience with Vyguk, Hiedelberg, and Stahl folders is preferred.
