Description
The Licensed Community Association Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of an HOA community, including employee and vendor supervision, facilities and common-area maintenance, board and community-event coordination, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and budget management, dues collection, architectural-change processing, violation records, homeowner communications, dispute mediation, and emergency on-call support. The role requires a high school diploma, Florida Statute 468 Community Association Manager licensure, and two or more years of relevant experience; community management, property management, organizational leadership, fiscal management, HOA governance, conflict resolution, and Microsoft Office proficiency are also required or advantageous.
