Description
Parkdean Resorts is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support its busy culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen. The role involves preparing and washing ingredients, receiving deliveries, checking stock, rotating stock, maintaining hygiene, supporting basic food preparation, communicating with colleagues, and following safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene procedures. The position requires manual dexterity, basic food preparation skills, strong communication, teamwork, shift flexibility, and Food Hygiene Level 2 or willingness to complete training.
