Description
The Food & Beverage Manager will lead food and beverage operations at The Cliffs, a luxury community in the Carolinas. The role includes managing quality, service, products, financial metrics, safety, member satisfaction, inventory, cost control, payroll, ordering, hiring, training, scheduling, staff development, budgeting, projections, and staff leadership. The posting requires at least five years of F&B management experience, strong communication and budgetary skills, and current alcohol-service certification or completion of an approved training program within 30 days of hire.
