Kiawah Island Golf Resort is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager in Training Program (MIT) to work at a front-of-house supervisory level across its Food & Beverage outlets and departments. The role rotates through departments, develops line-level expertise, and prepares candidates to coach and train staff before applying for an Assistant Manager position. Candidates must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent vocational training, at least two years of front-of-house Food & Beverage experience, strong service knowledge, English communication skills, basic computer proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. The position is on-site at Kiawah Island and includes training, employee benefits, and career development.
