IRCA is hiring a Food Plant Manager to lead operations at its Union City, California manufacturing facility. The role owns plant strategy, performance management, productivity, continuous improvement, change initiatives, new product development, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, commercial, quality, engineering, supply chain, and procurement leaders. The position requires at least eight years of progressive food manufacturing and plant operations leadership experience, strong operational and financial skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
