Bon Appetit is hiring a Food Program Project Manager, Culinary Operations & Program Growth to lead new café openings, renovations, and facility buildouts. The role coordinates construction teams, architects, general contractors, permitting, equipment procurement, operational readiness, SOPs, training, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure launches are on time, within budget, and operationally ready. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years managing large complex projects, and strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The salary is $120,000–$130,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
