The Food Runner serves as the primary liaison between the dining room and kitchen at Bevo, announcing order tickets, inspecting dish presentation and temperature, managing service timing, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams. The role requires at least two years of experience in a similar position, food-service or culinary training, high-volume experience, strong communication in French and English, and availability for evenings and weekends.
