Description
The Instructor will deliver variable-course and workshop instruction, develop lesson plans, maintain student records, track grades, communicate expectations, and provide feedback. The role requires strong communication, computer and software skills, adaptability, dependability, and the ability to work effectively with diverse students, faculty, and staff. A baccalaureate or graduate degree is preferred, while professional certifications, documented training, and related work experience may substitute for education on a two-for-one-year basis; three or more years of teaching or training experience and prior experience working with adult learners are also required.
