Description
The Irca Group is hiring an experienced Food Scientist to work onsite at its Affton, Missouri laboratory. The role leads chocolate and cream research and development projects from concept through scale-up and commercial launch, develops and reformulates products, coordinates pilot trials and industrial validations, evaluates ingredients, supports food safety and shelf-life targets, and provides technical support to customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field, at least seven years of progressive experience in product development, commercialization, or food manufacturing, and experience leading large-scale new product development projects.
