Description
WFP is hiring a Food Security Coordinator for a 11-month consultancy in Ouagadougou. The role leads coordination among humanitarian agencies, government authorities, UN organizations, NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders; supports food security planning, needs assessments, monitoring, reporting, advocacy, resource mobilization, pooled funding, contingency preparedness, and capacity building. The position requires an advanced university degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of mid- or senior-level humanitarian response experience, mandatory food security experience, and knowledge of English plus another UN language.
