Description
The Food Service Supervisor will oversee, coordinate, train, and counsel employees in the hospital food service unit, including meal planning, preparation, delivery, cafeteria and catering services, food safety, sanitation, and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of supervisory experience, and an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field, with SERV Safe certification required or obtainable within three months of hire.
