Description
Husson University is seeking a food service worker to assist with basic food preparation and meal service in a university dining environment. The role includes maintaining food quantities for large groups, cleaning dining and kitchen areas, setting up and maintaining serveries, supporting catered functions and retail operations, guiding student employees, stocking, dishwashing, and participating in training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while six months of culinary experience is preferred. Candidates should have basic knife skills, knowledge of cooking methods and safe food-handling temperatures, kitchen and production-equipment operation skills, customer service abilities, and Serve-Safe certification or the ability to obtain it.
