Description
The Cafeteria Worker prepares, serves, and cleans up food in the hospital cafeteria and other retail or café locations. Duties include setting up and serving patient trays, preparing salads, sandwiches, beverages, and other foods, transporting food and dishes, operating a cash register, and maintaining kitchen and serving-line cleanliness. The role is part-time at 28–40 hours biweekly, varies between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and requires every other weekend and holiday work. No education is required, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and up to one month of experience is required.
